Our Land experts specialise in identifying and sourcing residential development land and have extensive historical and local knowledge, planning experience and contacts and are recognised by amongst others, the Borough Council planning department whom we have addressed on various local planning issues. Our clients receive preferential notification of land availability and we are always happy to discuss any potential site prospects or local planning matters with them.

The New Homes Division became a dedicated department in 1998. Our ongoing policy is to continue to invest in this high profile and exciting side of our company. We aim to react to changing market conditions whilst maintaining our market leader status within East Hertfordshire.

We currently act in various capacities for over twenty developers and have dealt with sales on a wide spectrum of developments from award winning refurbishment's on listed buildings and high density sites to developments of over 600 units and prestige new homes. In busy years, we have been involved with some 500-unit sales.

Whilst we can rightly value our historic standing in the immediate area of our offices as new homes market leaders, many of our land sales are to National builders who are either new to the area or to our company. As with our existing clients, we want to form long term relationships and for new clients to recognise the benefits of using our local knowledge, contacts and services.

It is therefore important that new clients are aware of our track record and that in the specialist field of strategic land planning and long term options, we are constantly working with land owners on the next areas of land that will be released from the Green belt for development.

Each individual builder will have varying requirements from local or site introducing agents, especially in highly competitive market conditions where every lead-producing source must be considered and optimised. Our experience and knowledge allow us to offer a wide range of services and tailor a specific package to suit the needs of the developer. Our services encompass the needs of an exciting and ever changing New Homes industry and range from part to fully comprehensive S&M involvement.

We realise that where we do not have an existing working relationship or track record with new clients, we have to prove our value. Whilst we are confident that we have the ability, the advantage of local knowledge and the best sales outlets to offer a complete selling service, developers expectations of the range and quality of the services we can supply will be influenced by our professionalism. For example, having recognised this we have given considerable thought and time to the preparation of a 40 page sales training manual as a reference document for the use of our sales negotiators, adopting the principles and philosophies we believe in.
